We believe in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as being inspired by God and completely inerrant in the original writings and of supreme and final authority in faith and life.
1 Corinthians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20-21
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit
Matthew 3;15-17; 1 John 5:7; Ephesians 4:4-6
We believe Jesus Christ was begotten of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary and is true God and true man. Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:35; 2:7, 11, 52; John 1:1-2
We believe man was created in the image of God, that he sinned and thereby incurred not only physical death, but also that death which is separation from God, and that human beings are born with a sinful nature. In every area of life, sin contaminates the human race
Genesis 1:26; Genesis 3:1-7; Romans 3:22-23; Romans 5:12; Ephesians 2:12
We believe the Lord Jesus Christ died for all of our sins according to Scriptures as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice, and that all who believe in Him are justified on the ground of His shed blood. His death paid the complete price for our sins. There is nothing we can add. Romans 3:24-25; 1 Peter 1:18-19; 1 Peter 2:24
We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord and in His ascension into heaven and His present life for us as High Priest, Intercessor, and Advocate
1 Peter 3-5; Hebrews 4:14-16; Hebrews 7:25; Hebrews 9:24; Romans 8:34; 1 John 2:1-2
We believe in “that blessed hope” the personal return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 20:6; John 14:1-4
We believe that all who receive by faith the Lord Jesus Christ are born of the Holy Spirit and thereby become children of God and are given eternal life. Their sins are paid for by the one time sacrifice of Jesus Christ who willingly went to the cross of Calvary. There is nothing we can do to earn salvation. There is nothing, no act I can do keep myself save. Salvation is a gift of God to any person having faith in Jesus Christ. We are kept by the power of God
John 10:27-29; John 17:6-26; Ephesians 2:8-10; Titus 2:11-14; 1 Peter 1:5; Hebrews 9:26
We believe in the coming bodily resurrection of the just and of the unjust, the everlasting blessedness of the save, and everlasting conscious punishment of the lost.
Mark 9:43-48; Rev. 20:15; Rev. 22:3-5, 11
We believe every person expressing faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior need to be baptized in water by total immersion as a sign of obedience to Jesus. He gave the example of obedience and submission, being baptized by immersion. After baptism, spiritual blessings will follow this act of obedience.
Acts 8:25-39; Matthew 3:16; Galatians 3:27
Every first Lord’s day, as part of worship service, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper. Communion is open to any believer wishing to partake. The elements of bread and juice represent the broken body and the shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Luke 22:19-20,24; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26
